We only refill ink cartridges and not toners. Some ink cartridges can be refilled and others cannot. If your cartridges can be refilled there will be a price displayed for this option. If they cannot then it will show “refill not offered“.
If you select the refill option, once you have made your payment as part of the final process you will be given a unique order ID & freepost address which will be displayed on the red bar on your invoice. It is important that you send your cartridges to the exact freepost address that is displayed so that we can identify your cartridges when we receive them. Once we have your cartridges they will be refilled and tested for quality before they are sent back to you. You can expect to receive your cartridges back within approximately 4 – 7 days from the day that you sent them to us.
